He who pulls all the Strings

The Puppeteer is a relativity ancient artist shrouded by mystery. Little is known about him even to his fellow performers as nobody remembers when he arrived. He appears like an old frail man with a 4'10 stature but he is far more than that meets the eye, he is filled with sinister intent. His collection of puppets appear almost life like and he keeps on adding to them and though strangely enough he never goes out?

The only person who has anything to do with him would be Ricardo the Magician. The Puppeteer acts like an adviser/ manager to the Magician. Although he has little to say, Ricardo keeps seeking his advice. To the other performers they say its better to leave him be it would be best to take that advise to heart as some mysteries are better left remaining in the dark.
